Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Cancellations before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

After Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
- If you no longer want the product, you may return it under our return policy once it arrives.
Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include gift cards, personalized items, and clearance items.
Return Process

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack the item securely and include the return authorization slip inside the package.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Policy
